In implementation of the instructions of Mr. Saïd Sayoud, Minister of the Interior, Local Authorities and Transport, the Secretary-General of the Ministry presided over the appointment ceremony of Mr. Ali Kessaci as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Railway Transport Company (SNTF) on the morning of Saturday, July 4, 2026.

The ceremony was attended by the Ministry's Inspector General, the Director General of Mobility and Logistics, the Director General of General Administration, the Director of Organization and Legal Affairs, as well as senior officials of the Ministry and the Chief Executive Officers of the subsidiaries of the National Railway Transport Company (SNTF).
